Questions
Where do you deliver?
Nashville, within about 30 minutes of the Nashville Zoo. That includes neighborhoods like Charlotte Park, Belle Meade, Brentwood, and Salemtown. I’m not able to deliver to areas like Franklin, Hendersonville, Inglewood, Kingston Springs, or the Percy Priest area. Not sure? Just ask.
When do you deliver?
We choose a weekly delivery day together based on my availability, and I deliver before 6pm.
Can you work with allergies and dietary needs?
Yes. Gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, low-sugar, and more. Tell me in your survey and I’ll build your menu around it. If you have a severe allergy, just let me know on our call.
What are the meals packaged in?
Meals come in disposable containers, each labeled with the dish, date, and reheating steps.
How do I reheat?
Each label has instructions. Most dishes take a few minutes in the oven or microwave or on the stovetop.
How long does the food keep?
Meals are delivered fresh and ready for the fridge. Kept refrigerated, they're good for up to 7 days from the day they're made, and every label has reheating instructions.
Do I have to be home for delivery?
No. If you’re not home, I’ll put your meals right in your fridge.
What if I need to skip a week or cancel?
New clients start with a one-month minimum. To skip a week, just give me 2 weeks’ notice. After your first month, you can cancel anytime with 2 weeks’ written notice.
Can I gift a package?
Yes! You can gift a week of meals by covering the base package price plus that week’s groceries. For new parents, friends and family can also split a postpartum package or contribute whatever they like toward the family’s meals.
How are groceries billed?
Groceries are billed separately at cost, with no markup or shopping fee; most weeks run $100 to $200. Groceries are paid by Venmo or PayPal on delivery day.
Do you cook in my kitchen?
For weekly meals I cook in my home kitchen and deliver. For dinner parties I cook in yours.
